Danny’s program will help you build gradually to a successful 5k run!
First meeting, information, and group run: 6:00 p.m. Monday Jan 2, BB&T Bank Bldg parking lot (right next door to Mt Brook YMCA). 2501 20th Place South, Birmingham.

Additional InformationThe Course will begin in the HMS parking lot and will go down Hillsboro Parkway, looping back up to HMS via the new paved jogging/nature trail that runs along Hillsboro Parkway. We will have doorprizes and drawings before, during and after the race for participants and will have vendors and giveaways set up during the race for onlookers and fans. Medals to be given to top male and top female finishers. |
