Spring Couch to Half and Half 102

Couch to Half Marathon 101 and Half Marathon 102: Target run Talladega Half Marathon.

Monday June 10 - Half Marathon Training Groups 101 and 102 BEGIN  

Couch to Half 101 is for those with a base line of 3 miles to achieve their goal of running a Half Marathon

Couch to Half 102 is for those with a base line of 6 - 8 miles interested in running a half faster or stronger than a previous race.

3+ group runs a week, camaraderie, opportunity for social interaction, and a terrific training plan designed for you to meet your goals. Questions? Contact Danny. 

Training starts the week of June 10. The cost is $99 for the entire 14-week program.
