Spring Couch to 5k Begins March 12

The Spring Couch to 5k group starts Monday, March 12. Info Meeting Saturday, March 10, 9:30 am at the Trak Shak in Homewood.

Danny’s program will help you build gradually to a successful 5k run!

First meeting:  6:00 p.m. Monday March 12, BB&T Bank Bldg parking lot (right next door to Mt Brook YMCA). 2501 20th Place South, Birmingham.

We start with an intro to the program, then a short walk/jog/walk in the BB&T Parking lot.  You CAN do it!  Not sure? Read what Gary says about his Couch to 5k experience here.
